THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE LOSING WEIGHT/FAT:-

This is my 3 post on my blog, also I try to write as simple and as informative my blog can be.


1. BE IN CALORIC DEFICIT:- The simple and golden rule of losing weight is that you have to eat in a caloric deficit way, otherwise there is no chance that you will lose that weight.
For eg:- even if you consume a pizza alone in a day which counts about 650 calories, you 'll end up losing the weight but you won't be able to anything else throughout the day, so it's better to eat all day but healthy and nutritious food.

2. CONSUME MORE WATER:- The best thing to losing weight is to detox your body and consume more amount of water which is around 3liter of water minimum.

3. CONSUME MORE PROTEIN:- Protein is one of the major and most important nutrients when it comes to building muscles and losing weight and also to repair the various cells of the body. Also, protein takes more time to digest than carbs so it will keep you fuller for a longer period of time and thus will make you consume lesser calories.

4. REPLACE SIMPLE CARBS WITH COMPLEX CARBS:- The major difference between the two is the rate of digestion, Complex carbs take more time to digest than simple carbs, therefore, the chance of storing excess energy as fat is eliminated when you consume complex carbs.
Sources of complex carbs:- Brown Rice, Oats, Whole Wheat Roti, quinia, Bajra, Makki, etc.

5. PRACTICE WEIGHT TRAINING:- Practicing weight training is more beneficial as compared to do cardiovascular exercise for a longer period of time as weight training burns body fat for a longer period of time since the muscle which are tear down recovers and repairs throughout the day which will help to burn the body fat all around the day instead of session of 20-30 min.

6.CONSISTENCY:-One never gained that extra body fat in a single day so vice a versa it will not go in a day, thus you have to patient and consistent to see your real body transformation and just enjoy the process.Image result for consistent


7. BE HAPPY:- One of the most important and crucial part of weight loss that no one will ever tell you is to be happy and smiling throughout your journey since being happy will help to reduce your stress hormones which will help you to increase your sex hormones and will help to add and accelerate the process of weight loss.
